Benefits:

*$33.65 – $38.46 per hour ($70,000 - $80,000 per year)

Qualifications

· Strong written and verbal communication skills required

· Proficient in computer skills and social media platforms

· Excellent communication/interpersonal skills, confident self-starter who works well independently.

· Great organizational skills with an eye for detail

· Three or more years experience in multiple online marketing strategies including Social Media and with managing a marketing team. A Marketing degree is preferred.

· Valid Driver’s License and current insurance

Responsibilities

· Marketing responsibilities include implementing and managing all marketing efforts including: ILS ads, marketing campaigns, brochures, property curb appeal, support of onsite teams, strong submarket knowledge, creating and executing promotional programs and web content.

· Train, motivate, mentor, and evaluate marketing needs.

· Running daily reports and cross-checking marketing all platforms.

· Observe social media channels for industry trends and competitor activity.

· Responding to inbox messages on all social media platforms.

· Review and audit guest cards on weekly basis or as needed.

· Post vacancies on, Facebook Marketplace and Apartments.com.

· Respond to inquiries from Facebook Marketplace.

· Draft responses to online reviews on all platforms.

· Developing and coordination of on-site marketing activities.

· Strategize, implement, and optimize social media advertising campaigns to increase our brand awareness and generate leads.

· Lead weekly marketing calls.

Valid Driver's License, Car Insurance, and vehicle are required.
