Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and sustain connections with referral sources, healthcare practitioners, and community collaborators.
- Identify and pursue novel business opportunities to enhance client referrals.
- Partner closely with the Clinical and Admissions teams to synchronize outreach initiatives with the organization’s objectives.
- Represent the mission and values of our organization in all interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the website management team to align content with our services accurately.
- Monitor and analyze lead generation initiatives, providing regular feedback and reports to leadership.
- Maintain a thorough database of referral contacts and document outreach activities.
- Assist in evaluating prospective partner facilities while fostering robust working relationships.
- Support the implementation of ongoing marketing strategies, including events, social media engagement, and educational programs.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to work autonomously in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and strong ethical standards with clients and colleagues.

- Supervisory experience is an advantage.
- Education: An Associate's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of two years in Outreach or Business Development in an outpatient addiction treatment context.
