Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with referral sources, community partners, and healthcare providers.
- Design and implement outreach strategies to elevate awareness and increase patient referrals.
- Collaborate effectively with the Admissions team to monitor and enhance lead generation initiatives.
- Advocate for our mission and brand to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with website developers to refresh and update content as necessary.
- Research and identify potential partner facilities in alignment with client needs and market trends.
- Assist in evaluating potential partnerships, which includes scheduling tours and meetings.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with partner facilities alongside the CEO.
- Ensure accurate documentation of new and existing referral sources within our database.
- Facilitate open and effective communication across all departments.
- Perform additional duties as required to support our mission.
- Proven ability to forge relationships and think innovatively to drive business growth.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, particularly in fast-paced environments.
- Proficient in maintaining professionalism and boundaries with clients, staff, and partners.
- A 2-year degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience in Outreach or Business Development within an Outpatient Addiction Treatment Center.
