Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Outreach and Marketing Manager to be part of our team, responsible for promoting our innovative outpatient addiction treatment program. Your role will be pivotal in establishing our organization as a trusted community resource, enhancing our visibility, and driving business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Relationship Marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated with the organization’s admissions and clinical operations.
• Leverage both new and established relationships to meet lead generation targets and performance objectives.
• Advocate for our mission and brand among internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with our Website Developer for ongoing content updates.
• Coordinate with the Admissions team to oversee lead generation efforts and report findings to the CEO.
• Maintain clear communication across all teams to address discrepancies.
• Document and maintain current referral contacts within our database.
• Generate client placements through proactive outreach strategies.
• Identify and assess potential partner facilities based on market needs and trends.
• Assist the CEO in the evaluation processes of partner facilities.
• Nurture relationships with partner facilities to foster collaboration.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a 2-year degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• At least two years of relevant experience in Outreach/Business Development within an Addiction Treatment Outpatient Center is essential.
• Ability to uphold professionalism and establish strong boundaries within client and staff interactions.
