Head of Business Development & Partnerships – Stablecoin Liquidity Layer – USA (remote)
Plexus are working with an emerging Stablecoin Liquidity protocol, launching Q1 2025. They provide easier access for liquidity in the stablecoin economy, empower builders to share liquidity cross-ecosystem, and promote interoperability in the DeFi space.
With $100m raised via a Token Sale, they are now looking for a Head of Business Development & Partnerships to lead ecosystem expansion and partner adoption. Details as follows:
Responsibilities
- Grow both the product and surrounding ecosystem, promoting the protocol from initial launch, to user acquisition, to wide-spread adoption
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, protocols and other relevant projects, ensuring a robust business development pipeline and effective management of deal life cycle
- Promote rapid expansion, both within the existing market and outside, into newer spaces, to further position the protocol as an industry-leader
Requirements
- Must be from a DeFi Native Business Development or Partnerships background, working directly for an on-chain project and experienced with outreach to other decentralized companies/players
- In-depth understanding of the DeFi landscape – a proven track record enhancing liquidity, adoption, user metrics and growth with significant impact
- Familiar with an early-stage environment, able to scale a business development funnel from 0-1, proven track record of growing a protocol, L1 or L2 ecosystem with real-life returns.
