The Head of Technical Development will provide technical leadership and execution of strategic initiatives to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing operations. - Leading the development and adoption of process performance monitors to achieve takt time
- Creating and monitoring objectives, goals, strategies, and measures for the engineering teams
