The Senior Manager of Operations will be responsible for leading process capability matrix relative to technology roadmap, executing equipment installation, operational, and performance qualification. Additionally, this role will involve being the subject matter expert for manufacturing operations, ensuring that processes, organizational capability, and culture combine to consistently meet commitments to customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the selection and development of standard work for specified processes and technologies
- Create and monitor objectives, goals, strategies, and measures for the engineering teams
- Developing necessary technical skills of subject matter experts (SMEs)
- Monitoring compliance with industry regulations and standards
