POSITION SUMMARY
Appropriately follow and carry out all steps of machine operation according to written standards to produce finished product.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Run and operate all Level 1 machines (Samco, Straub extruder, ALS and CRWs), all Level 2 machines (F&K, Auto Saw, Slitter Rewinder, Tarp Laminator, Spooler, Heat Laminator, Cam Cutter and the Mark Andy Rotary Press) and the following Level 3 machines: Extruder, Delta Press and Auto presses.
- Appropriately follow and carry out all required steps according to written standards.
- Efficiently set up machine.
- Operate machines efficiently and control quality of product output.
- Perform daily maintenance on Level 3 equipment.
- Perform required and necessary housekeeping responsibilities to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Record proper labor data and material usage.
- Ability to move material (up to 30 lbs.) on and off machines.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education : High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)oe three to five years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
Experience : Six months to one year related experience

Strong math skills with the proven ability to accurately work with units of measure.
Ability to read a tape measure. Ability to read and understand work orders.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Consistent exposure to production floor. Production floor environment includes safety-sensitive machine operations and warehouse equipment being operated. Noise level does not require PPE. Airborne particle level does not require PPE. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts. The employee may be exposed to outdoor weather conditions. The employee may be exposed to wet or humid conditions. The employee may be exposed to dusty environments.
