We are embarking on an exciting journey to establish a new Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) to serve individuals and families impacted by substance use disorders. We are seeking a motivated and visionary Executive/Clinical Director to join our team in the early stages of development. This unique opportunity allows you to play a critical role in shaping the program from the ground up, working closely with local stakeholders to meet community needs.

Key Responsibilities (Subject to Finalization):
As the Executive/Clinical Director, you will have a dual role encompassing leadership and clinical oversight responsibilities. While the exact scope will evolve as we build the program, here are some anticipated responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and implement the IOP framework.
- Oversee licensing, accreditation, and regulatory compliance for the program.
- Hire, train, and supervise clinical and administrative staff.
- Provide clinical oversight, including program development, quality assurance, and staff supervision.
- Represent the program in the Bozeman community, building partnerships with referral sources and community organizations.
- Develop and monitor budgets, policies, and operational procedures.
- Maintain a small clinical caseload, if appropriate.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Licensed in Montana as an LAC, LCSW, LCPC, or equivalent (or eligible for licensure).
- Experience in substance use disorder treatment, with leadership or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices, co-occurring disorders, and regulatory requirements for IOPs.
- Passion for creating and growing a program that makes a meaningful impact in the community.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
