- Prospecting & Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to potential clients.
- Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify sales opportunities through discovery conversations.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings for National Accounts Managers to advance the sales process.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach efforts and lead interactions in CRM software.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the National Accounts team to ensure seamless transition and preparation for sales meetings.
- Market Awareness: Research industry trends, supply chain challenges, and procurement cycles to tailor outreach messaging effectively.
- KPI Driven: Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs, including call volume, meetings scheduled, and engagement rates.

- 1-3 years of outbound sales, business development, or telemarketing experience (preferably in logistics, transportation, or B2B services).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage C-level and senior decision-makers.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment and handle rejection professionally.
- A self-starter mentality with a strong drive to succeed and advance in a career in logistics and supply chain sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred but not required.
