Role Description
The full-time national account manager role in Greenwood, IN. The National Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and overseeing the successful completion of projects.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain current client relationships and identify areas for potential clients
· Contacting potential clients to establish a business relationship and meet with them
· Develop new sales areas and improve sales through various methods
· Research the latest in the business industry and create new opportunities to expand the business
· Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive
· Operating within the Bullhorn CRM
· Maintaining accurate and timely data within the CRM
· Completes Client Agreement packet for new Customers
· Enters original Customer order
· Onboarding of new Customers
· Attends presentation meetings with Prospects to sell PLS services
· Attends trade shows
· Leverages Marketing to reach new prospects
· Seeks and obtains scope of requested skills from new Customers
· Provide internal Team members with clear and timely information
· Some travel required
Experience & Qualifications:
· 3-5 years of sales, Account Management, and /or Business Development experience
· Vibrant personality that can effectively engage an audience at all levels of a business
· Advanced computer skills using a variety of software, including Microsoft Office
· Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Staffing experience
· Experience with mechanical skilled trades
Ideal Candidates would have:
· Experience using Bullhorn Staffing Software
· Knowledge of conveyor installation
· Experience in the material handling or related industry
