We’re actively seeking a Front Desk Coordinator who is detail-oriented and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Front Desk Coordinator must be enthusiastic, outgoing, and welcoming. The ideal candidate  is proactive in solving problems before they arise, quick on their toes, and see tasks
through from beginning to end.

 

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

  • Manage the company’s lobby area
  • Greet and direct all visitors, including vendors, clients, customers, and startups in the building
  • Maintains solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speedy professionalism
  • Places, receives, and routes a high volume of calls
  • Supplies information to callers, relays messages, and announces visitors, ensuring sign-in and security procedures
  • Creates and maintains work orders for the maintenance of the building, and ensures the work order execution
  • Handles specific relationships with vendors, places purchase orders and ensures timely delivery of goods ordered
  • Handles special administrative projects, as well as overflow work from several departments as requested by management
  • Assist in the organization of company events

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Highschool Diploma
  • 1-3 years of work experience as a front desk coordinator or office admin in a highly professional environment is preferred.
  • Possess written and communication skills
  • Communicate professionally in a clear and concise manner
  • Innate problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Positive and high-energy personality
  • Proficient in MS Office, and GSuite (preferred)
  • Possess organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and change courses quickly
  • Time management skills are a must
