Job Description:
Support our global Sales Operations team as we implement, design and construct the sales strategy for Plug and Play worldwide. Support the Sales Department by increasing productivity, ensuring overall accuracy and enhancing current workflows. Proactively assisting on cross-functional projects to increase customer retention analysis as well as maintaining Sales reports dashboards for analysis to drive new insights. ensure the accuracy and quality of our sales-related data, including event data. Act as a liaison between Sales and other parts of the organization such as Ventures, Marketing, Event/Program Operations, Finance, Legal, etc.In this role, this individual works closely with our operations and events department to increase the efficiency and accuracy of Sales and Partner Management ensuring all processes follow our company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
80% sales operations related tasks:
- Support global Salesforce CRM implementation by delivering user training and responding to users support requests
- Drive CRM user adoption, data quality and governance by collaborating with the Automation team and other departments
- Support development of reporting and analytics tools (e.g. sales forecasting and reporting, incentives and quotas, data handling)
- Perform Salesforce administration routine work (user onboarding / off-boarding, license administration, master data maintenance, etc)
- Partner with sales teams to capture current and future needs as well as align solutions with company goals and standards
- Deliver first line Salesforce support to users: Jira, user requests triage, routing and resolving requests appropriately
- Collaborate with the Automation and Central Services teams (Marketing, Legal, Finance…) to resolve requests, identify action items and escalate issues to second line support for Salesforce, related apps and integrations
- Proactively communicate discrepancies in data or processes
- Build reports and presentations to highlight Sales, Partner Success and Ventures successes
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of our sales-related event data
- Support status report for Summit
- Support data management for Salesforce Event Campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science or any data science related field
- 1 years of professional working experience in consulting, IT or data quality support preferably in a related industry (e.g. VC, Professional Services, Consulting) and global organization
- Proficient with Excel and data handling activities (familiar with working with large datasets, data transform, ETLs)
- Knowledgeable about data management best practices
- Exposure to sales operations processes and sales metrics
- Hands-on experience in using and/or implementing Salesforce CRM or other CRM platforms, specifically on data handling activities
- Salesforce End User is plus
- Salesforce administration experience is a big asset
- Building presentations in Google Slides
- Experience with a ticketing system
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter, attention to detail and proactiveness
- Attendance policy: 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.
