Job Title: HR Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to assist with the daily operations and processes of our Human Resources department.
Responsibilities:
- Benefits Program Administration:
- Oversee the end-to-end management of employee benefits programs, including 401k, health insurance, FSA, and other related benefits.
- Ensure accurate and timely enrollment, changes, and terminations of benefits for all employees.
- 401k Plan Management:
- Administer and manage the company's 401k plan, including eligibility, enrollment, and contributions.
- Coordinate with the 401k provider to ensure seamless operation of the plan and timely processing of contributions.
- Compliance and Regulation:
- Stay updated on federal and state regulations governing benefits programs.
- Ensure all benefits programs are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with external benefits providers, brokers, and consultants to negotiate contracts and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Evaluate vendor performance and advise for improvements or changes as necessary.
- Employee Communication and Education:
- Develop and execute communication strategies to educate employees about benefits offerings, changes, and updates.
- Conduct regular benefits orientation sessions for new hires and coordinate ongoing educational programs.
- Open Enrollment and Annual Review:
- Lead the annual benefits open enrollment process, including plan design, communication, and employee education.
- Conduct periodic reviews of benefit plans, ensuring they remain competitive and meet the needs of the workforce.
- Claims and Issue Resolution:
- Act as a liaison between employees and benefits providers to resolve issues related to claims, coverage, and disputes.
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of benefits-related inquiries.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate and analyze reports related to benefits utilization, costs, and trends.
- Use data insights to make recommendations for improvements or changes to benefits programs.
- Termination Process:
- Manage benefits-related aspects of the employee termination process, including COBRA administration and final benefits reconciliation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Proven track record of superior interpersonal skills.
- Experience with G-Suite and MS Office.
- Extremely high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask many projects simultaneously.
- Strong internal and external communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty and ambiguity.
The salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We require candidates to work 4 days a week at the office, with a flexible schedule that allows for remote work when needed.
