Key Responsibilities
- Manage candidate interview scheduling and coordinate interview travel.
- Verify job details and process offer letters through Smart Recruiters.
- Initiate pre-hire onboarding for new employees.
- Assist in the new-hire orientation process as needed.
- Enter data into automated systems, audit for accuracy, and verify documents.
- Maintain employee and candidate files.
- Provide information and respond to inquiries from employees and candidates.
- Assist with complex administrative processes and expense report processing.
- Prepare special reports for management as required.
- Participate in project teams and provide creative solutions for challenges.
- Strong understanding of administrative operations in staffing and HR.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Smart Recruiters.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and follow ethical practices.
- Experience drafting business correspondence.
- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees, candidates, and management.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations governing HR practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a Talent Acquisition function.
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Salary : $20 - $23
