Position Summary: The ReStore Donations Coordinator supports the Donations team, helping generate revenue through the sale of donated and reclaimed building materials and household goods. All proceeds support Atlanta Habitat’s mission.

Main Duties/Responsibilities
- The ReStore Donations Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the online store, ensuring smooth daily operations, optimizing the customer & donor journey, and driving online sales.
- This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and good judgement and collaboration to support a fast-paced environment
- Coordinate and maintain e-commerce storefront and products for the ReStore, including, but not limited to; selecting, managing, labeling, and organizing inventory, researching pricing and product descriptions, listing, updating, etc.
- Communicate with customers in a positive, professional and friendly demeanor via phone, email, chat and in-person.
- Promptly return calls and emails from customers, donors and/or stakeholders.
- Resolve disputes in a professional, courteous manner.
- Interact positively with and provide superior customer service to online customers.
- Help customers navigate ReStore’s website and place orders online.
- Collaborate with the marketing team in creating engaging ReStore content for our social media posts on Instagram & email campaigns.
- Post weekly content for ReStore Online product on Instagram & email campaigns, including video content.
- Adapt to the evolving needs of the on-line business and retail outlet, proactively identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
- Continuously monitor to identify any discrepancies and resolve any issues that may arise in coordination with ReStore management
- Assist the donations team with packing, as requested.
- Provide support to the Donations team with voicemails, donation requests, and logistics scheduling, as requested.
- Pick-up local donations, as requested.
- Provide support for Mart and trade shows.
- Support the sales and dock teams as needed.
- Assist with processing as needed.
- Support the goals and objectives of the ReStore and Atlanta Habitat, observing all policies and procedures.

- Excellent computer skills, with Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint or related software.
- Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Photography skills a plus.
- Minimum high school diploma or GED required, Bachelor degree preferred.
- Minimum of two years of e-commerce, digital media or related field required.
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience required.
- Retail experience and/or knowledge of fair market values of new and used consumer products is a plus.
- Prolonged periods working at a desk required in congruence with frequent walking, site visits and lifting of at least 30 lbs expected.
