About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team at Bar 14. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee and tea beverages to our guests. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, as well as providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive guest experience. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in this role.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Excellent guest service skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Professionalism and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with video game-themed cafes or bars
- Creativity in developing new and unique beverage offerings
Responsibilities:
- Craft and serve high-quality coffee and tea beverages to guests
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive guest experience
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment
