About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Bar 18 in BAR18. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are performing at their best. You will be expected to lead by example, setting high standards for professionalism, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure that Bar 18 remains a top destination for our customers and a great place to work for our team members.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Experience with inventory management software
- Experience with staff scheduling software
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the performance of all team members, ensuring that they are meeting or exceeding expectations
- Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that all customers are satisfied with their experience at Bar 18
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies and ensuring that all products are properly stored and rotated
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are being followed, including proper food handling and storage procedures
- Collaborate with other members of the management team to develop and implement new policies and procedures to improve the overall performance of the establishment
Skills:
As a Supervisor at Bar 18, you will be using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate your team members, ensuring that they are performing at their best. You will also be using your strong leadership and management skills to oversee the day-to-day operations of the establishment, including inventory management, health and safety procedures, and customer service. Your ability to work flexible hours and collaborate with other members of the management team will be essential to your success in this role.
