As a Bar/Snack Bar Manager at our Eppley Airport location, you will oversee the daily operations of our bar and food bar, ensuring exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for travelers. Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Previous experience in bar or food service management.
- Knowledge of food and beverage regulations and health codes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to pass a thorough background screening to obtain a Post Security Badge.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in food safety and alcohol service (e.g., ServSafe, TIPS).
- Experience working in an airport or high-traffic hospitality environment.
- Proficiency in inventory management and ordering systems.
- Knowledge of cocktail preparation and beverage trends.
