Description:
The Floral Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the Floral Team Leader in department execution by ensuring product rotation, merchandising follow thru on every day and seasonal sets, working along with the team on processing floral, candy and gift deliveries, backroom organization and training new team members. This is a great opportunity to work along with your Team Leader to grow the department sales and ensure top level of Customer Service within the department.

What you will bring:
Ability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to stand and walk for up to 4 hours without a break – we work on the floor, and alongside our team.
Ability to bend and stoop to grasp objects, climb ladders, lift loads, up to 50 lbs. unassisted, push and pull carts weighing up to 100 lbs. unassisted.
What you will do:
Give exceptional Customer Service.
Support Team Leader in checking in & processing orders for candy, floral & gifts.
Assemble gift basket orders.
Ensure Customer order follow thru.
Handle sign requests as needed.
Support date rotation on candy lines.
Keep back storage room organized and maintained.
Support Floral design as needed for retail floor and orders.
Support training new hire Team Members as needed.
Share new ideas and product knowledge to be an asset to the department.
