A highly rated fine dining, farm-to-table restaurant, Sapalta, that serves 100% Finger Lakes wines and locally sourced ingredients. This upscale, waterfront lodge also has a number of resort-like amenities like a pool, a dock on the lake, kayaks, camping yurt tents, and two campfire pits. We are a seasonal business that operates from early April to late November.
Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Back of House kitchen staff to join our team in a dynamic hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional cuisine and customer service, as well as a strong understanding of food preparation and safety. As part of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience, whether in our restaurant, during banquets, or at catered events.
