Overview
We are a residential plumbing company in La Habra seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced environment. The CSRD will manage the day to day operations including answering and booking service calls, scheduling plumbing technicians and apprentices, and managing the dispatch board. Must have strong communication and verbal skills and be a team player. Work schedule is Monday - Friday from 7:00am - 5:00pm with a one hour lunch. This position does require one hour of overtime during the work week.
Duties and Responsibilites
- Answer all inbound calls
- Communicate with new and existing customers over the phone
- Schedule and book service calls
- Transfer calls to appropriate staff (Service Manager, General Manager, etc.)
- Accurately enter and maintain customer/job data in ServiceTitan
- Promptly respond to service inquiries coming in from Yelp, Google, etc.
- Handle customer relations
- Dispatch plumbing technicians and apprentices to job sites
- Monitor the locations of the technicians and apprentices on the dispatch board
- Track technicians and apprentices for timesheet accuracy
- Respond to purchase orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Update sales board daily
- Update reviews board daily
- Light office support
Skills, Qualifications and Requirements
- At least one year experience as a CSR/CSRD in related industry preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with customers and staff
- Ability to type at least 55 WPM
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Positive attitude
- Strong work ethic
- Punctual and reliable
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Knowledge of ServiceTitan is a plus!
