WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY BE DOING : Customer Interaction : Deliver outstanding service by efficiently managing customer interactions and transactions, including orders, quotes, and returns. Sales Execution : Generate new and repeat sales by providing detailed product and technical information, and recommend alternate products based on customer needs and availability. Operational Management : Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment and expedite shipments as necessary to meet customer expectations. Data Management : Maintain accurate records in the P21 system, ensuring all customer and transaction data is up-to-date and complete. Team Collaboration : Work closely with the outside sales team and other members of the distribution team to meet monthly sales quotas and achieve gross margin targets. OUR MUST HAVES : Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role, with a strong preference for experience in inside sales or a related field. Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate product-related information and sales terms effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, specifically P21. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in sales, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
