Plumbing Around The Clock is a small, growing, family-owned business looking for an experienced Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you have experience handling service calls in a plumbing or home service company, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and assess their plumbing issues.
- Accurately input job details into our CRM system.
- Dispatch calls to the appropriate technician based on location and skillset.
- Communicate effectively with both customers and technicians.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure job details are clear and accurate.
Requirements:
- Experience in a plumbing office or service call dispatching is a must.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM or scheduling software (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar preferred).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- Overnight shift
- Weekends as needed
