Key Responsibilities:
As Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping and executing our marketing strategy, enhancing brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and fueling company growth. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a marketing strategy that positions Plumbing Masters as the market leader.
- Brand Development: Roll out and enhance the company’s new logo and branding to make Plumbing Masters a household name for plumbing needs.
- Promotions & Campaigns: Design and execute timely promotions to keep our phones ringing and technicians busy.
- Lead Generation: Develop strategies to drive inbound calls and convert leads into revenue opportunities.
- Customer Retention: Implement strategies to upsell and cross-sell services, maximizing customer lifetime value.
- New Client Acquisition: Build campaigns to expand our client base and outperform competitors.
- Budget Management: Allocate marketing resources effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
- Collaboration: Work with external vendors to ensure alignment with growth objectives.
- Content Creation: Manage compelling content and advertising campaigns tailored to our target audience.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes to refine strategies.
- Social media: Create engaging daily social media posts with videos and calls to action to drive engagement and calls.
- Create strong community name: Take part in our community and build our brand.

Compensation:
- Base Pay: Starting at $70,000/year with performance-based pay opportunities, based off your experience and abilities relating to this position.
Schedule:
- Day shift (Monday–Friday)
- Flexibility for weekends as needed
