What you are Empowered to Accomplish:
As an Engineer in Training, you will play a critical role in supporting projects and you will gain valuable experience in an environment focused on mentoring and developing you along your chosen career path.
You will work on projects to:
- provide quality work products within the scope of work, guidelines, hours, and schedules defined by the Project Manager/Project Teammates.
- provide the Project Manager/Project teammates with information and assist in the coordination of information between groups.
- collect, verify, correlate, acknowledge discrepancies, and troubleshoot solutions.

Plummer Teams:

The Office Location is Negotiable:
Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, San Antonio, Houston (Texas); Oklahoma City (Oklahoma); Denver or Durango (Colorado); Tampa or Orlando (Florida)
Our Ideal Teammate:
We require an ABET accredited bachelor’s or master's degree in civil, environmental, structural, chemical, or mechanical engineering. You must obtain EIT certification within 6 months of your hire date. 0-2 years of professional experience.
Our ideal teammate will be proficient with Microsoft Office (including Excel). We are seeking a driven, organized, self-starter with strong communication skills who can work independently and collaboratively with a team.
Salary Range: $77,031 - $83,729
