This is a full-time on-site role for a Kitchen Manager at Plumsteadville Inn. The Kitchen Manager will oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, maintaining food quality, managing food & beverage inventory, and culinary management.
- Food Preparation, Cooking, and Culinary Management skills
- Experience in Food & Beverage industry
- Strong knowledge of Food Quality standards
- Proven ability to manage kitchen staff and operations efficiently
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Certification in Food Safety and Sanitation is a plus
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Kitchen Supervisor preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
