Senior AWS Partner Sales Manager

Job Description:

The AWS Partner Sales Manager is responsible for creating and overseeing the execution of the partnership investment Pluralsight is making in the Amazon Web Services organization. Their program execution will include: AWS and Pluralsight field enablement, sourcing revenue, developing and tracking joint Business Development prospecting efforts across the 2 companies; providing guidance on best use of AWS Marketing funds; coordination of various webinar/lunch-and-learn sessions; driving PS seller attendance to local AWS ISV events; tracking AWS pipeline and working with segment leaders on deal progression and other sales-related activities.

• Source revenue via account mapping with AWS

• Build and execute the field enablement process during the program delivery phase; earn the trust and confidence of all partners

What you'll do:

• Maintain and communicate program status to all applicable collaborators

• Negotiate outcomes that mutually benefit both Pluralsight and AWS

• Critically evaluate procedures and processes to find opportunities to streamline, automate and improve processes toward consistently repeatable delivery with an ability to scale with future growth

Experience you'll bring:

• Experience in sales/sales leadership and project/program management

• Passionate about IT workforce transformation and willing to go above and beyond to support program goals

• Able to prioritize program goals and the capacity to progress a range of tasks and projects at one time

• Highly motivated, committed, and encouraging team member, able to work flexibly, quickly and accurately to targets

• Facilitation and conflict resolution skills, to assist in resolving the different points of view and requirements that invariably collide during cross-team and cross-company efforts

Requirements:

• PMP certification is a plus

• Requires a minimum of 5 years of related or equivalent experience; or 3 years with an advanced degree.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $104,100 - $128,600 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
