Job Description

We are currently seeking to hire a Sales Support Administrator to join our team!

Job Description

FLSA Status: Full Time, Non-Exempt, eligible for overtime

Reports to: Director of Operations

Position Purpose: Provide customer service and high-level administrative support for the sales department by handling information requests, processing orders, invoicing, and collecting payments.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of work experience in a related field or sales

A strong service presence and ability to develop lasting relationships

Detail-oriented, professional attitude, reliable

Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills

Strong time management skills

Sincere desire to help others

Ability to work independently and within a team with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness

Must possess a personal need to consistently produce accurate and thorough results

Proven problem solving, leadership and listening skills

The ability to quickly learn product and customers

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Effective and Efficient Professional Communication via phone and email

Must be able to work in spreadsheets and have above average level of Excel

Generally, assist the Outside Sales team by facilitating their ability to spend time in front of our customers

Work closely as a team member with the operations team

Keep up-to-date information on products and customer promotions

Handle customer questions on products or shipments

Ability to call outside salespeople and/or clients and can communicate status of orders

Develop technical depth and understanding of company products and application knowledge

Manage the order entry process and coordinate deliveries with the customers

Enter information in accounting system including setting up a brand new customer

Be the first point responder for customer call-in requests

Other tasks as assigned

Education and Experience:

QuickBooks Experience Preferred

Post-Secondary degree preferred, equivalent work related experience accepted

Collections experience a plus

Environment: The work environment at Plus-Plus USA is an open office environment in a controlled atmosphere building. Some work may be required for short periods of duration in a temperature controlled environment.
