As Director of Operations, you will lead the management team for all onsite contracted operations of the client's sports and fitness facilities. This will include execution of all contracted on-site capabilities, i.e., fitness, sports and recreation, coaching, facilities, technology, and assist the client in implementing well-being strategies that support their employee’s overall well-being.

What you will do:
- Responsible for the contract's growth in terms of membership, revenue, and margin.
- Manage delivery of contracted services and programs to client.
- Work closely with vendor partners to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the facilities.
- Manage equipment purchasing and preventative maintenance of equipment.
- Participate in the assessment of current services and provide input to the development of new services.
- Oversee the client performance and understand and communicate goals, operating principles and strategies.
- Provide recurring reports to your direct leadership.
- Take responsibility for primary human capital responsibilities, such as hiring, coaching, motivating, scheduling, training, developing, evaluating, assigning projects and workload to and, when necessary, terminating team members.
- Respond to members’ feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner while providing excellent customer service.
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields (e.g. health science, health promotion, business administration).
- Minimum five years’ experience in a leadership role in business or health management.
- Proven record of demonstrated leadership success.
- Client focused; able to work with clients, vendors, consultants, brokers, etc.
- Proven ability to successfully guide a team in accomplishing aggressive goals.
- Strong experience in budgeting, financial reporting, trend analysis, and communication at an executive level.
- Experience in account and contract management.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written and the availability to perform in a highly matrixed environment.
- A thorough industry knowledge and the ability to skillfully interact, engage and network with all clients, partners, guests, and participants.
- Strong financial skills and business acumen.
- Ability to implement the strategic vision of Workplace Well-being and client.
- Competence with Workplace Well-being’s systems and Microsoft Suite.
