What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rock Gym Coach position at Plus One Health Management Inc?
We are currently seeking a Rock Gym Coach to provide services and support to a retail company's global headquarters located in Beaverton, OR .
Responsibilities :
- Provide an engaging, safe, and community based environment for climbers to learn and grow
- Explain and demonstrate correct usage of climbing equipment and facility features
- Teach or co-teach core climbing courses for members
- Monitor participants and the area for safety
- Respond to member / guest suggestions, concerns, and complaints in a timely, professional, and consistent manner
- Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of the rock wall climbing area
- Provide support to the broader fitness center as needed
