Job Description
Seeking a licensed and experienced Property Manager for our busy Arroyo Grande property management office.
This individual will be responsible for all staff and operations in Five Cities. This individual will be accountable and responsible for accomplishing long and short term company goals. Other duties and functions include marketing properties, screening prospective tenants, overseeing and coordinating the orientation of new tenants, and assisting with performing office work and clerical functions as needed. The individual shall contribute towards a productive and professional work environment.
Qualifications
3-5 years residential property management experience required
California Real Estate Salesperson License required
Proficient in Appfolio or other property management software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task with effective time management
Strong problem solving abilities
Eagerness to learn and grasp new concepts
Positive team-player with can-do attitude
Proficient in MS Office Suites
Schedule
Monday to Friday
Weekend availability
Travel
Local travel only (must have valid Driver's License, proof of insurance and reliable transportation)
