Duties/Responsibilities:

• Aggressively source qualified healthcare professionals for travel and local assignments
• Creatively generate leads through social media and CRM database
• Use charisma and knowledge to successfully communicate with prospective candidates through phone, text, and social channels
• Establish strong relationships with candidates to understand their unique needs and qualify them for job opportunities
• Educate prospective candidates on the personal and professional benefits of a travel healthcare career
• Prioritize relationships with travel healthcare professionals
• A continuous improvement thinker who delivers an exceptional experience for healthcare professionals
• Strong motivation to achieve results and exceed recruiting goals
