About the Position
We are looking for an experienced engineering manager to help lead our Partner Platform team. This team owns the end-to-end partner experience at Parafin. You will be responsible for our full-stack partner integration process spanning across data and marketing integrations, external developer tooling and our partner-facing dashboard.
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Manage and develop a high-performing full-stack team
- Own the technical and product vision for the ideal partner journey with Parafin
- Identify and lead cross-functional initiatives for partner-facing opportunities
- Work closely with stakeholders across the organization, like Product, Design, Sales, and Platform Growth
