Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their orders, shipments, and inquiries.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate inventory management.
- Assist customers with product availability, delivery status, and order issues.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns and work towards effective resolutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of warehouse procedures and product offerings.
- Prepare and send order confirmations, invoices, and other customer-facing documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, shipping, etc.) to resolve any operational issues.
- Ensure that customer satisfaction is consistently high and work toward continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- QuickBooks knowledge is preferred.
