Summary:

The RN Clinical Supervisor, will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinical team, ensuring that all staff adhere to best practices and regulatory standards. This position will work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, ensure clinical compliance and implement quality improvement initiatives. This role will also involve conducting performance evaluations, providing ongoing training and support, and addressing any issues or concerns that arise within the clinical team. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, a thorough understanding of clinical procedures and protocols, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
· Responsible for supervising the following functions: nursing, medical assisting, laboratory, phlebotomy, and patient activities.
· Responsible for staff performance, staff recruitment, staff retention, and staff development.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Defines and maintains the standards of nursing practice in the practice.
· Oversees the daily operations of the clinical team.
· Conducts performance evaluations for clinical staff. Initiates the development of policies and procedures that govern nursing services and other services under his or her supervision.
· Verifies employee credentials under his or her position supervision.
· Coordinates patient care with other healthcare professionals
· Provides ongoing training and support to clinical staff
· Collaborates with other departments and agencies regarding resources and services for improved patient care and staff development.
· Serves as a spokesperson for nursing matters and represents the practice with professional nursing and related organizations.
· Participates in meetings and committees.
· Encourages and supports research and improvement studies that can make meaningful contributions to the quality and economy of nursing services.
· Addresses issues and concerns within the clinical team.
· Maintain a safe and compliant clinical environment.
· Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
· Manage clinical schedules and staffing levels.
· Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Outstanding organizational skills.
· Thorough understanding of nursing management strategies.
· Knowledge of the foundations of health laws.
Education and Experience:
· Professional nurse with a current state license.
· Bachelor’s, or Associate’s Degree in Nursing
· Minimum of five years of supervisory experience in a nursing environment.
· Minimum of five years of clinical experience.

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
