Manufacturing Quality Lead

Responsibilities:
The Quality Systems Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality objectives aligned with corporate policies and goals. They will manage customer relationships, investigate complaints, and implement systems to meet third-party certifications. Additionally, they will develop and implement training programs for key personnel and maintain a working knowledge of government and industry quality assurance codes and standards.
