- Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Act as an impartial mediator in disciplinary procedures and employee relations issues, providing guidance to managers and staff.
- Training & Development: Oversee the creation and delivery of training programs, including safety, regulatory, and HR-related initiatives.
- Performance Management: Lead the performance management process, supporting supervisors in employee development and conducting performance reviews.
