The recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying high-performing candidates for software and IT services sales positions. This individual will be key in helping the company scale its sales teams by sourcing and hiring top talent with expertise in SaaS and technology sales.
This is a Corporate Recruiter role for Identifying, sourcing, and attracting qualified candidates for open positions across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for sales roles.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with the HR team to manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Build a strong talent pipeline.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on SaaS Sales hiring.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently with high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
