W e are looking for a competent Senior Job Captain, Architect to serve as project lead - working closely with internal and external project teams. Must be experienced at managing the production of high-quality drawings and construction documents for commercial / retail and restaurant projects .
In this position you will assists the project manager to develop project documents for bidding and construction; responsible for gathering all essential information which includes specifications, program compliance; building code and agency compliance; schedule commitments; product research.
Able to disseminate all information to project team and communicates regularly with drafting staff and all members during the development of construction documents, providing support and insight to ensure all project requirements are met in a timely manner
Provide support for any tasks required for the successful completion of the project
Effectively coordinates the submission of architectural documents to city agencies, including following through with the plan check process and resolving any residual issues.
