Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to join our team in the USA. As a key member of our Life Science projects, you will be responsible for delivering cutting-edge projects for Cell & Gene Therapy, Biologics, and Pharma facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in conceptual and detailed design efforts, identifying scope and gathering user requirements.
- Conduct regular contractor safety evaluations to ensure construction safety requirements are met.
- Review project submittals and RFIs to ensure alignment with client specifications and industry best practices.
- Update site drawings, system P&IDs, and other documents to record accurate as-built conditions.
- Coordinate project activities with internal and external parties to avoid impacting site operations.
- Deliver periodic project status reports to internal stakeholders.
- Interact with city inspectors and outside contractors as needed.
- Provide daily oversight of on-site contractors, including scheduling, safety oversight, and liaison services.
Qualifications:
- Construction management experience in utility, process, equipment, and facility projects.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, with excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills with personnel from various disciplines.
- PMP certification is an advantage.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30-hour qualification is an advantage.
- Previous biotech/biopharmaceutical experience is an advantage.
- General knowledge of building codes and construction management principles.
- Candidates must be able to lift 25 lbs and navigate active construction sites.
