PM Group is looking for a multiple detail-oriented and experienced Project Engineers to lead the technical and engineering aspects of diverse projects. This key role will involve coordinating teams, managing timelines, maintaining quality standards, and offering expert-level guidance. As the go-to technical authority, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the success of projects while mentoring your team and driving progress.
Ideal candidates should have a deep understanding of capital projects from design through validation for high tech pharmaceutical facilities. The role is an OTS role and will be located on a client site in either Pennsylvania or New Jersey.

Responsibilities
• Supervise contractors and equipment vendors to ensure project goals, timelines, and budgets are achieved.
• Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies through effective risk management and contingency planning.
• Ensure manufacturing equipment fulfills design, installation, commissioning, qualification, and validation requirements.
• Oversee adjustments to project scope, ensuring objectives are met within specified timeframes.
• Create and manage detailed project schedules, outlining critical milestones, dependencies, and resources.
• Develop accurate cost estimates for designs, equipment, installation, labor, and materials.
• Present clear, informative project reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Communicate regularly about project progress, addressing challenges and exploring opportunities.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or a related field of Engineering.
• At least 5 years of project engineering experience within Biopharmaceutical or Pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of aseptic manufacturing equipment and biotech processes.
• Expertise in Project Management methodologies
• Strong grasp of industrial standards, cGMP requirements, Engineering Life Cycle principles, and quality systems.
• Experience leading meetings and promoting safety protocols in cGMP environments.
• Proven ability to evaluate construction designs and specifications for equipment installation.
• Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and environmental engineering concepts, including HVAC systems and utilities.
• Familiarity with commissioning, qualification, validation processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Eligibility to work in the United States, with consideration for relocation or domestic travelers.
