Your primary responsibility will be to participate in conceptual and detailed design efforts by identifying scope, gathering user requirements, and providing comment on design packages. You will also conduct regular contractor safety evaluations to ensure all appropriate construction safety requirements are being adhered to.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in construction management and project coordination.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Strong teamwork and ability to maintain constructive relationships with personnel from various disciplines.
- PMP certification is a significant advantage, as is OSHA 10 or OSHA 30-hour qualification.
