What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Representative position at PM Technologies?
PM Technologies is looking to hire a highly motivated Inside Sales Represenative. This person should be outgoing and willing to handle existing and new customers to educate, promote, and sell the products & services we provide.
Effectively maintains and retains customers by proactively reaching out to existing customers on a daily basis
Develops and maintains a thorough knowledge of the Company’s available services, lines of business, pricing structures, and offers additional services as appropriate to assigned new and existing customers.
Performs contract renewals for existing customers to extend customer relationship and increase customer profitability where appropriate.
Proactively communicates with or responds to customers in support of company pricing initiatives.
Increases customer understanding of company initiatives and services
Regularly meets with Sales Manager to review weekly sales, quoting, relationship activities, progress versus goals and status of key customer relationships.
Provides quotes to customers for new equipment, maintenance, and services
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Must be able to
Communicate effectively with customers
Communicate with internal personnel
Manage time to achieve goals
Proficient with computer programs such as Microsoft
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
