About the Role:
We’re seeking a dynamic Finance Director to lead our healthcare client's finance team, ensure financial accuracy, and drive strategic growth. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented leader who thrives under pressure, excels in collaboration, and is passionate about making an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations, including monthly reporting, audits, budgeting, and AR/AP management.
• Partner with CEO, COO, and Program Directors to resolve billing issues and improve financial processes.
• Lead month-end/year-end closing, financial statement preparation, and government reporting.
• Manage ADP users, payroll, wire transfers, and financial compliance.
• Conduct financial audits, train staff on policies/software, and ensure HIPAA/confidentiality compliance.
• Drive process improvements and special projects to support organizational growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required).
• Proven experience as a Director with expertise in QuickBooks and general accounting.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills—able to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and resident advocacy.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
