Maintenance Supervisor

PMCO is hiring two Maintenance Supervisors from the Food & Beverage industry in Richmond, IN!

Pay: $70,000 - $80,000/year 5% bonus (based on experience)

Shifts Available: Evening (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM) or Night (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise maintenance teams to ensure efficient operations and adherence to safety standards.
• Prioritize and assign daily maintenance tasks, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment lifespan.
• Oversee equipment repairs and resolve emergency maintenance requests.
• Maintain accurate records using maintenance management systems like SAP.
• Train and mentor team members in maintenance procedures and safety practices.
• Collaborate with inventory staff to ensure availability of spare parts and supplies.
• Assist the Maintenance Manager with capital and special projects.
• Support and lead root cause analysis for equipment failures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• 2-5 years of experience in maintenance with demonstrated leadership skills.
• Knowledge of facility equipment and mechanical/electrical systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and maintenance software.
• Certifications in electrical, welding, refrigeration, or similar are highly preferred.

Work Environment:

• Exposure to manufacturing conditions, including noise, heat, and confined spaces.
• Physical activity such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 55 lbs.
