Salary: $28 - $40/hour (based on experience)

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the repair, maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment, including washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyor systems, and boilers.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
- Respond to and resolve safety concerns to maintain a safe work environment.
- Conduct indoor and outdoor housekeeping to maintain cleanliness and order in the facility.
- Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and maintain accurate maintenance records.
Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Required:
- 2 years of experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or military setting.
- Ability to read and comprehend maintenance literature written in English.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to stand for up to 7 hours during an 8-hour shift.
- Preferred:
- Knowledge of boiler systems.
- HVAC experience.
- Welding experience, including MIG, TIG, ARC, cutting, and brazing.
