Quality Control Technician

PMCO is hiring for Quality Control Technicians in multiple locations across Missouri!

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Pay: $24-$25/hr (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform field and laboratory testing on asphalt and related materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
• Monitor production processes to maintain consistent product quality.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving quality issues as they arise.
• Document, analyze, and report test results in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement quality improvements and ensure adherence to standards.
• Ensure safety compliance while conducting on-site tests and inspections.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience working with asphalt or concrete materials.
• Driving Record: A clean driving record is required. No DUIs and very few speeding tickets will be accepted.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with field and laboratory testing processes, procedures, and equipment.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify quality issues and recommend solutions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

DURING THE SLOWER MONTHS OF THE YEAR, YOU WILL NEED TO BE ABLE TO COMMUTE DAILY TO THEIR SITES IN ONE OF THESE CITIES:
