Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced technician to install, maintain, and optimize Sidel filler machines and Combi Predis systems. This role involves troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring seamless system integration.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, repair, and maintain Sidel filler machines and Combi Predis systems for optimal performance.
- Perform routine inspections and implement preventative maintenance strategies.
- Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational challenges efficiently.
- Ensure smooth integration between blow molding equipment and filler machines.
- Travel regularly to Columbia, MO, to support operations.
- Work closely with local teams and offer remote technical assistance as needed.
- Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, system performance, and parts usage.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance machine efficiency and reliability.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of direct experience working with Sidel blow molding machines and Combi Predis systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues.
- Knowledge of pneumatic systems, mechanical components, and electrical controls.
- Experience with integrating blow molding machines and filler systems is a plus.
