PMCO is seeking an experienced Sidel Technician with expertise in Sidel filler machines, specifically those equipped with the Combi Predis system.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain Sidel filler machines and Combi Predis systems to ensure peak performance.
- Conduct routine inspections and implement preventive maintenance measures.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues efficiently.
- Operate and optimize Sidel and Combi Predis systems for seamless integration with filler machines.
- Travel extensively to Columbia, MO, to support operations.
- Collaborate with on-site teams and provide remote technical support as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, machine performance, and parts usage.
- Report on issues and suggest improvements to enhance machine reliability and production efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Sidel blow molding machines and Combi Predis systems.
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, and electrical controls.
- Familiarity with integrating blow molding machines with filler systems is a plus.
